• Our equipment comes serviced by our fully qualified catering engineers. This includes our comprehensive 57 point ‘planned preventative maintenance’ schedule that every oven goes through prior to being made available for sale. We have the service checklist, along with a list of all parts changed for each oven, available to customers to see and keep a record of. Ovens can also be seen working either via video call.

  As well as the thorough service, all ovens are covered by an additional 3 months parts-only warranty for peace of mind. If we are unable to supply you with the parts you require, we will send you a replacement machine of equal (or better) specification. If we are unable to supply you with a replacement machine, the machine can be returned to base and a full refund will be issued.
